FAS RUSSIA HAS REVEALED SIGNS OF UNFAIR COMPETITION IN THE PACKAGING OF TRAMINEL COSMETICS

The authority issued a warning to Ipok Cosmetics LLC for imitating a product of another brand

Earlier, the company Heel Rus LLC contacted FAS Russia and reported signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation by Ipok Cosmetics LLC.

Ipok Cosmetics has put into circulation the Traminel cosmetic product in a package whose design mimics the packaging of the Traumeel S medicine and Traumeel Cosmo Gel cosmetic product. The company used a similar verbal designation, a blue font in the product name, as well as an image of a running man.

FAS Russia found that there were signs of violation of the Article 14.8 of the Law on Protection of Competition in these actions.

FAS Russia has issued a warning to the company on the need to stop actions containing signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation. The company must comply with the authority's warning within 10 days. In case of its non-fulfillment, the authority has the right to initiate an antimonopoly case.
