FAS IMPOSED FINES OF 159.8 MILLION RUB ON GAS DISTRIBUTION ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE 1ST HALF OF 2023

FAS Russia revealed 456 violations, 296 of them in the field of providing free pre-gasification of citizens to a land plot.

Therefore, gas distribution companies were fined 89.1 million rubles.

As part of the monitoring of the standard technical connection to gas, regional offices of the authority identified 160 violations and fined organizations for 70.7 million rubles.

FAS Russia takes immediate response measures if the rights of citizens and small businesses are violated.
