FAS REVEALED ROAD CARTEL FOR 2.6 BILLION RUB

The companies agreed not to reduce the price in 5 procurement procedures
 
FAS Russia recognized Vostok-MGK LLC, Vostokdorstroy LLC, Transline LLC and Pereval LLC as violating antimonopoly legislation*.
 
The companies entered into an anticompetitive agreement, the result of which was the restriction of competition in 5 procurement procedures. Bidding was held for repair work, construction and maintenance of roads in the Sakhalin Region in 2020-2021.
 
The total value of the contracts amounted to 2,591,780,821 rubles.
 
Organizations face turnover fines in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation**. Also, the materials of the antimonopoly case will be transferred to law enforcement agencies to resolve the issue of initiating a criminal case.
