FAS ACHIEVED A REDUCTION IN TARIFFS FOR THREE SOCIALLY SIGNIFICANT FACILITIES IN THE TRANS-BAIKAL TERRITORY

FAS Russia previously ordered the regional tariff operator to eliminate the violations identified during the inspection

They are associated with incorrect setting of tariffs for water supply and sanitation. A violation was committed in terms of accounting for estimated business profit as part of the required gross revenue of regulated organizations. The authority ordered the regional tariff regulation body to eliminate violations by July 1, 2023. The tariff authority fulfilled the FAS requirement within the prescribed period.

Thus, in the area of activity of the municipal enterprise "Water Supply" the tariff was reduced by 10.8 %, for the Darasun Medical Rehabilitation Center - by 9.28 % and for the Central Housing and Communal Administration of the Russian Ministry of Defense - by 4.57 %.

A similar check also affected the tariff regulator of the Ivanovo region. There, based on the results of the implementation of the order of FAS of Russia, a reduction in tariffs is expected in the area where the branch of the Plyos sanatorium operates in 2024-2025.
