FAS BEGAN INITIATED CASES BASED ON THE RESULTS OF INITIAL ANALYSIS OF THE OIL PRODUCTS MARKET

Regional Offices of FAS Russia have revealed signs of violation of the Law on Protection of Competition

Belgorod Regional Office of FAS Russia initiated a case against Oskolneftesnab JSC, Rostov RO of FAS Russia – Gazpromneft-Regional Sales LLC. Stavropol RO of FAS Russia initiated two cases against Goodwill-A LLC and Realgram LLC.

Companies sold motor fuel from oil depots at an inflated price.

Krasnodar RO of FAS Russia initiated a case against Ilsky Refinery named after A.A. Shamar LLC and Slavyansk ECO LLC on the grounds of concluding an anticompetitive agreement.

Dagestan RO of FAS Russia initiated a case against the Association of Gas Station Owners on the grounds of illegal coordination of economic activities. President of the Association coordinated the activities of its members – owners and tenants of gas stations by sending messages in the messenger. It led to a simultaneous increase in retail fuel prices.

FAS Russia continues to analyze the current situation in the commodity market of petroleum products.
