FAS SUPPRESSED ACTIONS OF LIMITING SUPPLY OF FUEL TO CHELYABINSK CONSUMERS BY LUKOIL SUBSIDIARY
After control and supervision actions of the Chelyabinsk Regional Office of FAS Russia, company restored the sale of petroleum products
According to media reports about restrictions on the sale of fuel of no more than 10 liters at gas stations of Lukoil–Uralnefteprodukt LLC, the regional office of FAS Russia, together with regional authorities, monitored the availability of fuel at the company's gas stations.
The data of 40 gas stations were studied in Chelyabinsk.
The information on the reserves of petroleum products provided by Lukoil–Uralnefteprodukt LLC on a weekly basis as part of monitoring to the Chelyabinsk RO of FAS Russia was also analyzed.
According to the results of the information received, there was no decrease in fuel reserves at the company's oil depots.
Taking into account the operational actions of the regional office, Lukoil–Uralnefteprodukt LLC lifted restrictions on the sale of fuel to consumers and restored the rights and interests of the population of the region.
In connection with the voluntary actions of the company, there are no grounds for bringing to responsibility.
