FAS ORDERED KRASNOYARSK TARIFF REGULATOR TO EXCLUDE 603.8 MILLION RUB FROM ELECTRICITY TARIFFS

The authority conducted an unscheduled inspection of the Ministry of Tariff Policy of the region

During the analysis, FAS Russia revealed violations in the actions of the regional authority in setting electricity tariffs for RSK Networks LLC for 2021-2023.

The company's consumers are individuals and legal entities.

The authority revealed the absence of documents on the justification of the company's expenses, which were included in the tariffs.

FAS Russia also issued remedies to the Ministry of Tariff Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to make an additional analysis and calculation of expenses of RSK Networks LLC.

The execution of the remedies shall begin on November 1, 2023.
