These funds were unreasonably included in the tariffs by the regional tariff regulator

FAS Russia ordered the tariff service of the Republic of Buryatia to exclude economically unjustified 1.54 billion rubles from electricity transmission tariffs. The tariff authority fulfilled the requirement of the agency.

Earlier, the authority conducted an unscheduled documentary inspection of the tariff regulator of Buryatia. During the analysis, FAS Russia revealed violations when setting electricity tariffs for the branch of the organization Rosseti Sibir - Buryatenergo for 2020-2022.

Thus, the tariff regulation authority incorrectly included utilities and depreciation charges in the required gross revenue, as well as incorrectly set an excessive electric energy losses.
