FAS PROPOSES TO REDUCE PRICE THRESHOLD OF CONSIDERED PROCUREMENT TO 700 MILLION RUBLES

The innovation may affect complaints and appeals for unscheduled inspections and inclusion of information in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.

The draft document proposes to submit complaints, appeals (information) to the central office of FAS Russia for consideration for unscheduled inspections of the actions of banks, the state corporation VEB.RF, regional guarantee organizations for compliance with  the requirements of the legislation on the contract system*.

According to the authority, adoption of the document will strengthen control of the service over consideration of relevant complaints and documents. In addition, these norms are aimed at solving existing problems in handling complaints and will enable unification of regulations in accordance with the current provisions of the legislation.
