And just last week, the authority received 291 requests through the service
Among the most interesting issues for applicants are the payment for Internet distribution, violation of the bidding procedure, issues of electricity connection and unwanted advertising. Since the date of the authority's connection to the Feedback Platform (FP), since December 2022, FAS Russia has received 11,238 relevant appeals.
The FP allows citizens to send appeals to FAS Russia through the Unified Portal of Public Services, a mobile application or FAS Russia website. In addition, you can use the service to participate in surveys, votes and public discussions. A distinctive feature of the service is the accelerated processing time for certain issues within 10 days.
After the authority’s response, applicants can leave feedback regarding satisfaction with the solution of the questions posed to the service. Such a convenient digital channel for communication with both the antimonopoly service and other public authorities "in one window mode" makes it possible to improve the quality and efficiency of responses to questions that arise to state authorities.
