FAS REVEALED A CARTEL OF TRUCKING COMPANIES

The implementation of the illegal agreement allowed organizations to conclude government contracts worth over 798 million rubles

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has recognized a violation of antimonopoly legislation* in the actions of Avto RG LLC, Timrespect LLC, Axon LLC, Avtovela LLC and Avtocoordinator LLC.

The companies entered into an anti-competitive agreement in order to maintain prices at 13 auctions. Procurements were carried out for the right to provide motor transport services and photo-video recording of traffic offenses on the territory of the city of Moscow and the Moscow region. The total value of the concluded contracts amounted to 798,750,968 rubles.

Participants of the cartel are threatened with punishment in the form of negotiable fines**.
