Number of complaints increased by 14.3%  compared to 2022

The Authority summed up the results of control activities in the field of procurement over the past year.

FAS Russia considered 45 908 complaints out of the total number of complaints received. As a result, 19 503 complaints (42.5%) were found justified (including partially).

The number of scheduled and unscheduled inspections has decreased. This is due to introduction of a risk-based approach when assigning scheduled inspections.

Besides, in 2023, FAS Russia considered 30 096 applications for inclusion of information about procurement participants in the register of unscrupulous suppliers. As a result of their consideration, 13 723 decisions were made to include information in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (45% of the considered applications). The main reason for the inclusion of information in the register is the unilateral termination of the contract (12 004 cases of inclusion in the register).
