The exclusion of antimonopoly control from moratorium on inspections of IT companies allows effectively combat abuses by dominant digital services and platforms, protect rights and interests of small and medium-sized businesses, prevent cartelization in the field of information technology and contribute to the development of industry under fair competition.

The document will enter into force on March 28, 2024.
