The Russian Law on protection of competition has no definition of antimonopoly legislation, but permits to define the circle of the normative legal acts that comprise it. In accordance with Article 2 of the mentioned Law the antimonopoly legislation is based on the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and consists of the Law itself on protection of competition (Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 26, 2006 On Protection of Competition (as amended up to Federal Law No. 275-FZ of October 5, 2015)), other federal laws, regulating the relations in the sphere of competition. The specified relations may also be regulated by the Russian Government acts and normative legal acts of the antimonopoly body in cases envisioned by the antimonopoly legislation.
