Mr. Andrey Kashevarov

Andrey Kashevarov was born on February 3, 1961 in Moscow


He graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (for the time being Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy) in 1982, from the Institute of Soviet Trade in 1987.


Candidate of Sciences in Economics.


From 1982 to 1984 worked as an economist, acting junior researcher, researcher of the Division of socio-economic problems of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the Economics of Trade and Management Systems of the USSR Ministry of Trade, Moscow.


From 1987 to 1988 worked as a senior researcher in the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the Economics of Trade and Management Systems of the USSR Ministry of Trade, Moscow.


From 1988 to 1990 worked as an instructor of the Division, head of sector of the Division of working youth of the Central Committee of the Komsomol.


From 1990 to 1996 worked as a chief specialist, deputy head of Division, head of Division, head of the Department for control over organized commodity and financial markets of the State Committee of the RSFSR for Antimonopoly Policy and Support to New Economic Structures (GKAP Russia).


From 1996 to 2001 worked as a head of Department for control over activity of credit institutions in financial markets, head of the Department of licensing of activities of credit institutions and audit firms of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.


By the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 18, 2001 No. 62-R was appointed as Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Antimonopoly Policy and Support to Entrepreneurship.


By the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2004 No. 471-R was appointed as Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.


By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated September 22, 2006 No. 1045 he was awarded the honorary title "Honored economist of the Russian Federation".


Since April 2013, head of the Scientific Department "Federal Antimonopoly Service" of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.


In September 2016 by the Order of the Ministry of sports of Russia Andrey Kashevarov appointed as head of the Committee for the protection of the property rights of FIFA for the working group (operational headquarters) at the Coordination Council of the Program of preparation for holding in 2018 in the Russian Federation the World Cup.
