FAS Annual Reports

Every year the OECD Competition Committee asks OECD member-countries and observers to report on the development of national competition policy and legislation. The structure of the report contains both statistical information on number of cases considered during the year, cases appealed in courts and information on the best practices of national competition authorities in the field of competition law and enforcement. Thus, the Annual Report is a report about the most significant achievements of the competition authority.

The FAS Russia prepares the Annual Reports in the area of competition policy in the Russian Federation and presents it to the OECD. Presentation and discussion of the annual reports are organized at the meetings of the OECD Competition Committee.
