Competition Committee

OECD Competition Committee is a core committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, responsible for the issues of competition policy and enforcement. The meetings of OECD Competition Committee are held twice a year at OECD Headquarters in Paris (France).

The agenda of the meetings of the OECD Competition Committee includes the most important and controversial issues of competition law and its application to be submitted for discussion by member countries and observers of the OECD.

Currently, the Chairman of the OECD Competition Committee is Mr. Frederic Jenny.
