The change is introduced by No. 1518 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On making changes to No. 1072 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On setting the asset value of financial organizations regulated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the purposes of antimonopoly control” of 18.10.2014” passed on 26.12.2016.

FAS representatives took part in a meeting on organizing exchange trading with mineral fertilizers

The report on this issue was delivered on 23 November 2016 by Deputy Head of FAS Department for Control over Financial Markets, Lilia Belyaeva, at the Conference on “Stability vs Diversity: searching for a better model of legal regulation of the economy”. The Conference was organized by Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Kashevarov outlined proposals on reforming the system of mandatory third party liability insurance at the Forum in “Insurance Business during Times of Change. Strategy. Tactics. Practice”.

The report on the issue was given by Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Kashevarov at the International Banking Forum on 9 September 2016 (the IV session – “Practice of Supervision and Inspection of Financial Markets Participants”).
