“On Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation”

       Article 18. Antimonopoly Legislation of the Russian Federation and Observance of Fair Competition by a Foreign Investor

       Any foreign investor must observe the antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation and prevent unfair competition and restrictive business practices, including by creating a commercial entity with foreign investments or a subsidiary of the foreign juridical person to produce certain goods of excess demand and afterwards  self-liquidate for the purpose of marketing a similar product of foreign origin, as well as by means of bad faith agreement  on prices, the distribution of market channels or on the participation in tenders (auctions, contests) on the territory of the Russian Federation.
