Tyumen Regional Department for Tariff and Pricing Policy executed a FAS warning

FAS is notified that the regional body terminated violations of the antimonopoly and tariff laws.
Based on an inspection opened upon a petition from the Urals District Heating Grid (“UTSK” JSC), FAS established that Tyumen Regional Department for Tariff and Pricing Policydecided that it would be impossible to set the fee for connecting facilities to the heating supply system of “UTSK” JSC, which was in breach of the antimonopoly and tariff laws.
According to the information obtained by FAS, the Department considered a petition of the grid company and set a fee for connecting facilities to its heating supply system on a case-by-case basis. The approved tariff is valid from 29.06.2016 to 31.12.2016.
