Olga Franskevich took part in a Round Table on protecting small and medium business
The event was organized by the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for Developing Small and Medium Business and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Attendees included representatives of the authorities, academia, business associations and entrepreneurial communities.
Deputy Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department Olga Franskevichhighlighted the issues of administrative liability for anticompetitive agreements at tenders and auctions.
The Round Table passed a resolution, the main items of which include the need to make changes to the law and refining the Strategy for developing small and medium business in the Russian Federation until 2030.
“Such events enable to not only share and discuss the existing enforcement problems, but, what is the most important, work out proposals on improving the system in general as well as on solving particular tasks”, pointed out Olga Franskevich.
