The antimonopoly body fined the company 600,000 RUB

Vladimir OFAS opened a case upon a complaint by Vladimir Regional Price and Tariff Department on the gas distributor not observing the timeframe for submitting materials to set a fee for technological connection under an individual project after the project documentation for the gas distribution network is drafted and its expert examination is completed.

The antimonopoly body exposed violations with regard to six entities which constitutes a violation, the punishment for which is specified in Article 9.21 of the Code on Administrative Violations.

Vladimir OFAS imposed the 600,000 RUB fine.

It is worth noting that actions of the gas distributor are classified as repeated under Part 2 Article 9.21 of the Code on Administrative Violations, since the company has already been held administratively liable тfor breaching the Rules for linking-up (technological connection) of capital construction facilities to the gas distribution networks.
