“Mezhtopenergobank” PJSC is brought as a respondent to a bid-rigging cartel case for sale of 100% shares of the authorized capital No.9 Bread Works

“Mezhtopenergobank” is suspected of coordinating operations of “Novoe Zavidovo” Ltd. and “Gradostroi-Invest” Ltd.  at tenders for sale of No.9 Bread Works on 14 October 2015.

Elements of violating Part 5 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On protection of Competition” were exposed in the course of a bank inspection.

An administrative case is also opened against “Mezhtopenergobank” for failure to submitdata requested by the antimonopoly body: the bank had to submit written communications of its staff with its unhampered examination. “Mezhtopenergobank” provided written communications of its three staff members; investigating the circumstances, however, the antimonopoly authority found that most part of the communications is removed.
