21 entities and the Office of the Head of the Republic of Khakassia are brought in as respondents to the bid-rigging cases for supplies of medicinal drugs and medical products
The consolidated case is pursued upon the following grounds:
- Concluding and implementing an anticompetitive agreement at tenders (Article 16 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”) - against:
- The Office of the Head of the Republic of Khakassia– Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Khakassia, “Interdepartmental Centre for Organizing Procurement” State Budgetary Enterprise, “R-PHARM” JSC, “TELA” Ltd., “Aquadez M” Ltd., “Modern Diagnostics Systems” Ltd., “AMK ALPHA” Ltd., “Skertso” Ltd., “Medresurs” Ltd., “Gukenhaimer-MS” Ltd., “Delrus-Yenisei” Ltd., “IPS” Ltd., “Baikal” Ltd., “BK-Optima” Ltd., “FTsK” Ltd.
- Concluding and implementing an anticompetitive agreement at tenders that resulted in maintaining prices (Clause 2 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”) - against:
- “Garant-M” Ltd., “Vitamed” Ltd., “TELA” Ltd., “Aquadez M” Ltd., “Garant” Research-and-Production Association” CJSC, “FTsK” Ltd., “Vlaant” MK” Ltd., “AMK ALPHA” Ltd., “VITA-POOL” MK” Ltd., “AMADEUS” Ltd.
- Creating preferential conditions for a procurement bidder (Article17 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”) – of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”) - against:
- “Interdepartmental Centre for Organizing Procurement” State Budgetary Enterprise
The hearing is rescheduled on 04.07.2017 upon a petition from one of the respondents.
