FAS approved the second trading policy on the market of liquefied hydrocarbon gases
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) approved a draft trading policy of “SIBUR Holding” for sale of fuel factions of liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) in the Russian Federation.
The trade policy determined the principles and channels for LHG sale by “SIBUR Holding” PJSC and its subsidiaries as well as the procedure for selecting counteragents.
The trade policy outlines the pricing procedure, volumes of sale and step-by-step mechanism for concluding supply contracts on the wholesale and small wholesale markets in the Russian Federation.

This is already the second trade policy on the market ofliquefied hydrocarbon gases. Earlier FAS approved the trading policies of “Bashneft” ANK” PJSC, “Gazprom Neft” PJSC, the “LUKOIL” Group, “Rosneft” NK” PJSC and “Gazprom Gazenergoset” JSC.
The objectives of trade policies are to:
- Achieve the maximum sale transparency of oil companies for the current and potential buyers, the regulators, staff of oil companies and other stakeholders
- Prevent violations of the law of the Russian Federation
- Increase awareness of the policy of oil companies for sale of oil products on the wholesale markets of the Russian Federation, particularly, on the procedure for selecting counteragents and pricing.
