All materials on the progress of FAS state control reform are published on the same portal

The Federal Antimonopoly Service participates in the control-and-supervision reform.

The new system of public control will reduce administrative burden upon business, enhance the quality of the control-and-supervision functions and reduce the level of damages caused to competition in the course of violating the law.

For the convenience of searching information about the reform progress, public events on discussing enforcement practice, mandatory requirements to business, FAS created a separate reform page on its web-site.

The section also has a passport for reform project, the schedule of FAS inspections, a method for estimating the risks of breaching the antimonopoly law, news and updated announcements of public events, plans and reports, videos and information graphics, surveys and other materials.
