A branch of FAS Centre for Education and Methodics signed an Agreement on Cooperation with “YaTEK” OJSC
On 11 September, a branch of FAS Centre for Education and Methodics (Moscow) and “Yakutia Fuel-and-Energy Company” OJSC (“YaTEK” OJSC) signed an Agreement on Cooperation.
General Director of “Yakutia Fuel-and-Energy Company”, Ruben Gevorkyan, and Director of a branch of FAS Centre for Education and Methodics (Moscow), Stanislav Druzhinin, signed the Agreement on Cooperation at the Moscow Office of “Yakutia Fuel-and-Energy Company”.
The subject of the Agreement is cooperation in terms of a pro-competitive policy and joint Action Plan in the field of education and research. It will include mutual consultations on competition law, organizing conferences, workshops and Round Tables. As part of implementing antimonopoly compliance, “YaTEK” OJSC plans to build up a system of educational events for company staff.
Ruben Gevorkyan pointed out: “YaTEK” OJSC is the first regional energy company that made a decision on implementing antimonopoly compliance. No doubt, implementing the Agreement will help us reinforce considerably our potential to enhance competitive ability”.
“Our cooperation with “YaTEK” OJSC will be a good incentive to extrapolate the ideas of antimonopoly compliance and form the principles of fair competition in Russia”, stated Stanislav Druzhinin.
