RUSSIA AND SERBIA WILL UNITE EFFORTS IN COMMUNICATIONS
FAS signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of tariff regulation of telecommunications and postal services with the Serbian Agency for regulating Telecommunications and Postal Services.
The ceremony took place at the III International Research-to-Practice Conference – “Antimonopoly Policy: Science, Practice” on 5 December 2017.
On behalf of Russia the Memorandum was signed by Deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin. He emphasized: “We expect that our cooperation has very good prospects. Under the frame of the Memorandum, we will put joint efforts to improve tariff regulation”.
“We agreed to exchange information and experiences on tariff regulation in the field of communications”, said Anatoly Golomolzin. He invited the Serbian colleagues to take part in the International Working Group on Information-and-Communications Technologies.
“The sectors of telecommunications and postal services demonstrate the most noticeable changes, the markets are developing dynamically. The significance of our cooperation increased in the global digital economy. The Agreement is built up in the system of FAS bilateral and multilateral relations in the sphere of competition”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS.
