ANDREY TSYGANOV ABOUT THE ROAD MAP FOR DEVELOPING COMPETITION IN THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

The National Competition Development Plan specifies the key indicators and goals that must be achieved by sectors of Russian economy. Such indicators for the agro-industrial complex are increasing the marketable value of agricultural products, the volume and assortment of the products, sold on-exchange, and reducing dependence of the Russian Federation on foreign genetic and breeding material.
To achieve these goals, the Government of the Russian Federation approved the Action Plan for developing competition in sectors of the economy that comprises a set of sectoral maps for competition development. The Road Map for the agro-industrial complex includes more than 30 measures.
