VLADIMIR MISHELOVIN: COMPETITION DEVELOPMENT IS NOW IMPORTANT AS NEVER BEFORE

It makes the work of Public Councils at FAS regional Offices even more significant and necessary

On 12 August 2019, Krasnoyarsk OFAS held a regular session of the Public Council at the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Krasnoyarsk territory. Vladimir Mishelovin, Head of FAS Fiscal Control Department took part in the event.

He summed up the results of executing the Public Declaration of FAS goals and objectives for 2019 in the first half of the year. Fulfillment of the National Competition Development Plan was also analyzed.

Vladimir Mishelovin specially emphasized the need to integrate the National Plan and the Road Map for competition development with the National Projects, particularly, when planning procurements and during tendering procedures.

Head of Krasnoyarsk OFAS, Valery Zakharov informed the audience about the achievements of Krasnoyarsk OFAS in H1 2019 and the plans for H2 of the current year.

The outcome of the meeting was approving the Action Plan for H2 2019 by the Council members and listing the problems and issues that require additional discussions.
