FAS AND “T PLUS” PJSC SIGNED AN AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION

The parties will reinforce informational collaboration

On 15 October 2019, during the National Tariff Regulation Workshop in Crimea, Head of FAS Igor Artemiev and General Director of “T Plus” PJSC, Andrey Wagner signed an Agreement on Cooperation.

The parties intend to reinforce information exchange and strengthen cooperation, particularly through joint workshops, conferences and meetings. Representatives of “T Plus” will be invited to joint FAS Expert and Advisory Councils.

The Antimonopoly Service will also give explanations of the current law while the energy company undertakes to consider FAS enquiries, proposals and materials with the maximum promptness.

“We would like to decrease the share of state in the economy and this Agreement opens a new stage in our collaboration with a private company - “T Plus” PJSC, which, I hope, will be able to show the best trading practices in the near future and in its development will provide significant benefits for consumers”, emphasized Igor Artemiev.

The National Workshop on Tariff Regulation in 2019 and the goals of regulators for 2020 takes place on 15 - 17 October in the Republic of Crimea. The event participants are discussing tariff regulation of the telecommunications sector, gas supply, heating supply and solid municipal waste treatment.
