“DELO” INFORMATION SYSTEM OF FAS INFORMATION-AND-TECHNICAL CENTRE WILL HELP AUTOMATE OPERATIONS OF REGIONAL TARIFF REGULATORS

The program is provided free-of-charge and can be adjusted to match the tasks facing a particular region

The staff of FAS Information-and-Technical Centre developed software – the “Delo” platform and presented it at the National Workshop on Tariff Regulation, which took place in Crimea.

According to Director of the Centre, Fyodor Tsarikovsky, the information system was created to automate the work of FAS and its regional Offices. The platform demonstrated goods results and toady can be used to automate the work of regional tariff operators.

In the opinion of Airat Giniyatullin, Head of FAS Department for Developing Information Systems, FAS Information-and-Technical Centre, the “Delo” platform enables to control the life cycle of any project, quickly search information, monitor tariff campaigns online, and control the deadlines in accord with the Regulations.

Background:

The National Workshop on Tariff Regulation in 2019 and the goals of regulators for 2020 took place on 15 - 17 October in the Republic of Crimea. The event participants are discussing tariff regulation of the telecommunications sector, gas supply, heating supply and solid municipal waste treatment.
