FAS INITIATED AN ADMINISTRATIVE CASE AGAINST A FOREIGN MANUFACTURER OF LUNG VENTILATORS

FAS requested Hamilton Medical AG the information within the framework of the antimonopoly case on the signs of coordination of the actions of the manufacturer's official distributors when participating in public procurement for the supply of lung ventilators. This information is necessary for the agency to analyze the case fully and comprehensively.

However, the Swiss manufacturer neither provided the requested information nor submitted motivated explanations to FAS about the reasons for non-compliance with the requirements of the Commission of the FAS Russia.

In case the company is found liable for an administrative offence, it will faces a fine*.
