IN 2023, FAS RUSSIA FINED GAS DISTRIBUTION ORGANIZATIONS FOR 356, 9 MILLION RUBLES

The Authority closely monitors the situation of interaction between consumers and companies

The FAS Russia revealed 1,017 violations last year. The main ones are delaying the timing of gas connection, unjustified refusal or evasion from concluding a contract and imposing unfavorable conditions.

Within the framework of free pre-gasification, 777 resolutions on the imposition of fines in the amount of 246.3 million rubles were issued. According to the standard on technical connection to gas, there are 240 resolutions in the amount of 110.6 million rubles.

The Service and its regional offices take immediate response measures if the rights of citizens and small businesses are violated.
