THE FAS SENT REQUESTS TO SIX BANKS

The Authority will assess the validity of setting fees for developers

Earlier, Sberbank PJSC, VTB PJSC, Alfa-Bank JSC, Promsvyazbank PJSC,
FK Otkritie Bank PJSC and Sovcombank PJSC made changes to the conditions for issuing a mortgage loan with state support. Banks set a commission for developers for each mortgage loan.

In connection with information in the media and complaints received from citizens and developers about the actions of the banks, the FAS Russia sent requests to credit institutions in order to analyze the validity of decisions to establish such a commission.

In case of detection of signs of violation of antimonopoly legislation, the FAS Russia will take response measures.
