FAS RUSSIA HELD A REGULAR QUARTERLY MEETING ON THE PRACTICE OF APPLYING THE LAW ON CONTRACT SYSTEM

More than 1,300 representatives of supervisory authorities, as well as authorized state bodies of regions and local governments took part in the event in the video conferencing format

It should be reminded that at quarterly meetings, participants discuss the practice and problematic issues of application of the Federal law No 44-FZ. Representatives of the FAS Russia answer topical questions about procurement procedures.

In particular, on January 31, the event reviewed the practice of applying the provisions of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2021 No. 2571, as well as issues of confirmation by procurement participants of the license in accordance with Federal Law of May 4, 2011
No. 99-FZ.

Besides, participants discussed application of the national regime in procurement for state and municipal needs, as well as problematic issues arising when describing the object of purchase.
