FAS: COURT UPHELD DECISION OF SERVICE IN THE CASE OF MEAT PROCESSING PLANT "STANDARD"

Earlier, the Authority recognized the company as violating the Law on Protection of Competition       

The Moscow City Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the requirements of the Kurgan meat processing plant "Standard".

The company produced and sold canned meat "Family stock". Their design was similar to the canned products "Family Budget" previously introduced in the market and produced by Orelproduct JSC.

In August 2023, the FAS Russia recognized the actions of the meat processing plant as a violation of antimonopoly legislation.

Kurgan meat processing plant tried to challenge the decision of the Authority in court, but the Arbitration Court of Moscow supported the position of the FAS Russia.
