On 7 April 2017, FAS brought the Government of the Karelia Republic, “Mosenergo” PJSC, “OGK-2” PJSC, “TGK-1” PJSC, “Khmelnitsky Kar’er” JSC and “Promnerudtrans” Ltd. as claimants in the proceedings on a case against “Russian Railways” OJSC and the “Federal Cargo Company” JSC.

The FAS Russia issued injunctions to “Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport” PJSC (“NCSP” PJSC), “First Container Terminal” JSC (“FCT” JSC), “Petrolesport” JSC and “Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company” Ltd. (“VSC” Ltd.) to eliminate antimonopoly violations and transfer the income gained as a result of abusing dominance to the federal budget.
