The Arbitration Court of the Far East District upheld the rulings of the Courts of First Instance and Appeal Courts and confirmed administrative fines imposed upon “Aquaresource-DV” Ltd. and “Taifun” Ltd. as cartel members. Earlier, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) established that damages to the state caused by the cartel reached more than 72 million RUB.

On 24 February 2016 the “Vedomosti” newspaper published information that FAS had approved a notification filed by “Synergy” Agricultural Holding (Omsk) on acquiring 50% - 2 voting shares of a pig-breeding farm in Perm.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) opened a case against “Urals Works” Financial-Industrial Group” Shareholding Company, Urals Radio Stations” Shareholding Company, “Komplekt” Ltd. and “TekhTorg” Ltd.

The Head of FAS Legal Department, Artem Molchanov reported about it at the “Judicial Practice – 2015” Conference organized by the Pravo.ru portal.

Due to numerous reports in mass media FAS would like to inform that in November 2015 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) indeed submitted a proposal to the Government of the Russian Federation to support domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers in the part of one-time indexing of prices for the drugs included in the list of life-saving and essential medicinal drugs with the registered price for up to 50 RUB.

On 17 February 2016, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and the Government of the Vladimir region signed an Agreement on Cooperation. On behalf of the region the Agreement is signed by the Governor of the Vladimir region, Svetlana Orlova, on behalf of the antimonopoly body– the Head of FAS Igor Artemiev.
