FAS requests reporting information

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) informed holders of natural monopolies providing gas transportation services via the main gas pipelines - branches that they must submit the following information to FAS to clarify economically justified tariff revenue necessary to compensate the costs of gas transportation via the main pipelines:

1. 2015 state statistical monitoring forms: 1-GAZ (pipes) – by 15 February 2016.

2. Actual volumes of gas transportation in 2015 coordinated with a gas supplier – by 15 February 2016.

3. Reports on completing reconstruction and capital repair programmes for the operated facilities of the main gas pipelines (as of 1 January 2016) – by 19 February 2016.

4. 2015 accounting forms registered with tax bodies – by 2 April 2016.

Failure to submit or submitting knowingly incorrect date (information), required by the law of the Russian Federation, to the tariff regulator, particularly failure to submit them within the period designated by the regulator is liable under Part 5 Article 19.7.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
