Moscow OFAS opened a case against “SYAMOZERO” PARK-HOTEL” and “KARELIA-OPEN” Ltd. Upon elements of violating Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (cartel).
Following a FAS Order, Moscow OFAS conducted an antimonopoly investigation of the operations of “SYAMOZERO” PARK-HOTEL” and “KARELIA-OPEN” Ltd. at auctions for organizing children health-improving rest.
OFAS collected evidence of a signs of an anticompetitive agreement between “SYAMOZERO” PARK-HOTEL” and “KARELIA-OPEN” Ltd. Participating ion 5 auctions for the total sum 82 million RUB.
