FAS: FOR 2 YEARS 384 MILLION RUBLES OF UNJUSTIFIED FUNDS WERE EXCLUDED FROM TARIFFS FOR ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION SERVICES IN THE VORONEZH REGION

In 2022, the regional tariff authority excluded 125 million rubles of such funds from the necessary gross revenue for PAO Rosseti Center – Voronezhenergo, and in 2023 – 259.1 million rubles

Thus, the Department of State Regulation of Tariffs of the Voronezh Region complied with the order of the Authority. It should be reminded that in 2020, during a scheduled inspection, the antimonopoly service revealed violations in the actions of the tariff authority when setting tariffs for electricity transmission services for PAO Rosseti Center – Voronezhenergo.

The Authority found that the regulatory body had not fully analyzed the economic viability of the tariff costs, as well as it had taken into account the non-binding costs of the regulated activities. In this connection, an order was issued to exclude unreasonably included costs from the tariffs, which was fully implemented by the regulator.
