The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) sent warnings to “Rosneft”, “Gazprom Neft”, “LUKOIL” and “Gazprom Gazenergoseti” to improve fuel trade at St Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX).
