In the new, 2017 year the FAS Russia continues the good old traditions. At the end of school vacations and at the beginning of the new term schoolchildren visited FAS with career orientation tours organized by a long-term FAS friend in the work with teenagers – “Proekt Pro” career guidance company.

On 23 January 2017, FAS launched the III All-Russian Journalist Contest – an “open View over Competition”.

“OPORA Russia” formed this position upon familiarizing with a draft Order of the President of the Russian Federation “On the main directions of the state policy towards competition development” and 2017-2018 National Competition Development Plan approved by the President. Both documents were drafted by the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service officially opened the Department of Competition Law and Antimonopoly Regulation at Moscow University of Finance and Law. Head of Moscow OFAS, Armen Khyanyan, Candidate of Science (Economics) is appointed Head of the Department.

To implement the agreement, the parties made arrangements on information exchange, mutual consultations, working meetings and focused workshops.
