On 24 November 2015, the Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Igor Artemiev held a briefing – “FAS Russia: the latest changes and prospects” using the platform of the Association of European Business (AEB).
The Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) Igor Artemiev and Stats-Secretary, Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Tsarikovskiy are awarded supreme departmental insignia of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation: badges of honor – “In recognition of developing parliamentarianism”.
An initiative of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) to strengthen inter-departmental cooperation was supported by the Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Interior and became one of the most efficient tools to counteract cartels and other anticompetitive agreements.
On 23 November 2015, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District confirmed legitimacy of FAS determinations issued as part of control over economic concentration with regard to the companies included in the group of persons of “T Plus” OJSC (earlier – “KES Holding”).
On 24 November 2015, the Open Government and VCIOM presented the openness ranking of federal ministries and departments. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) with the 49.8 integrated openness index is on the 4th place.
