The statement was made by the Head of the Legal Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), Sergey Puzyrevskiy, at an expert discussion of implementation of the Action Plan (“Road Map”) for “Developing Competition Improving the Antimonopoly Policy” at the Analytical Centre at the Government of the Russian Federation.
