The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) did not find any violations of the antimonopoly law in actions of “Uralkalii” OJSC on the market of fortified carnallite. The company was suspected of fixing monopolistically high price for the product in Russia.
The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in Moscow (Moscow OFAS Russia) found that “Mosenergosbyt” OJSC abused market dominance. The company violated the pricing procedure established in a Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation.
FAS published a draft “Calculation technique to determine the rates for the services of “Russian Railways OJSC for leasing, management and operation, maintenance, current and capital repair of rolling stock provided to commuter passenger companies”.
